Our trained specialists act as a representative of the bank as well as our manufacturer who will review and complete your financial transaction. A Financial Services Manager will examine and reiterate the agreement settled between you and your Sales Representative to confirm each factor prepared such as: the established pricing for the vehicle, your monthly payments, length of term, your deposit amount and your credit application. They will also discuss your lease or finance contract in detail to ensure you completely understand. After everything has been assessed, the Financial Services Manager will go over our extended warranties and protection programs that are available for your vehicle.
Our protection programs offer extensive care for your vehicle's appearance, against wear and tear damages and coverage from theft throughout the length of ownership. Once everything is explained, the Financial Services Manager may suggest a certain protection, depending on your driving habits.
After you've decided whether or not any of our protection plans are right for you, you will be asked to sign the bill of sale to complete the arrangement. Lastly, the Financial Services Manager will go over everything you need to bring on the scheduled day of pickup.
