Castle Honda Contest Rules and Regulations

THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF CANADA ONLY AND IS GOVERNED BY CANADIAN LAW OFFICIAL RULES

The "Family Fun Giveaway" (the "Contest") is governed by these official rules (the "Official Rules"), which are available online at https://www.castlehonda.ca/castle-honda-contest-rules-and-regulations.htm from May 01, 2018 to May 31, 2018. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be legally bound by these Official Rules, including without limitation all eligibility requirements, and understands that the Sponsor's (defined below) decisions in connection with the Contest are final and binding in all respects. The Contest is subject to all federal, provincial and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

SPONSOR:

This Contest is sponsored by Castle Honda, 370 Rexdale Blvd., Toronto ON M9W-1R6.(the "Sponsor").

CONTEST PERIOD:

The entry period for the chance to win a Prize (defined below) begins on May 1, 2017 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 31, 2018 at 11:59:59 PM EDT (the "Contest Period").

ELIGIBILITY, RESIDENCY AND AGE:

The Contest is open to all legal residents of Ontario, who have a valid email address and have reached the age of majority in Ontario at the time of entry. Despite the foregoing, employees, officers, representatives or agents of Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, contest agencies, production agencies and/or any other entity involved in the administration or execution of the Contest (collectively, the "Contest Parties"), and such employees', officers', representatives' or agents' immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, in-laws, grandparents, grandchildren) or people domiciled with them, are not eligible to enter the Contest.

HOW TO ENTER:

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

To participate in the Contest:

Automatic Entry: You are automatically entered when a Repair Order (RO) is opened in for repairs, service, or maintenance on your vehicle within the contest period.

No purchase necessary. To receive a number for entry into the draw without a purchase, send a postage-paid, self-addressed stamped envelope bearing sufficient return postage on its exterior with a hand written request with your full name, mailing address (including city, province, postal code) telephone number (including area code), and a unique handwritten essay of 100 words or more on why you love Honda automobiles: "Family Fun Giveaway Entry Number Request", c/o Marketing Castle Honda, 370 Rexdale Blvd., Toronto ON M9W-1R6. Mail in requests must be received no later than June 05 2018, to allow adequate time for processing. All requests become the exclusive property of Sponsor. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due requests, which will not be honoured. Limit one (1) Entry Number request per mail in request.

Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, mutilated, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries; all such entries will be disqualified. You may only use one (1) email address to enter or otherwise participate in the Contest. If it is discovered that you have attempted to: (i) exceed any of the limits stated in the Official Rules; or (ii) use more than one (1) email address to enter, or otherwise participate in, the Contest then (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor), you may be disqualified from the Contest and all of your entries and corresponding ballots are subject to disqualification by the Sponsor. Your entry will be rejected if (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor) the entry form is not fully completed and submitted in accordance with these Official Rules. Use of any automated, script, macro, robotic or other program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in this Contest is prohibited and is grounds for disqualification by the Sponsor.

SPONSOR'S RIGHT TO VERIFY:

All entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity, eligibility and/or compliance with any provision of these Official Rules (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor) to participate in this Contest. Failure to provide such proof within the timeline specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a valid entry in this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s). All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.

PRIZES:

PRIZES: There is one prize (collectively the "Prize") available to be won as described below.

"The Prize" consists of: One (1) package consisting of four (4) Seasons Passes to Canada's Wonderland with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $325.00. Prize includes all applicable fees and taxes.

Each Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be substituted for another prize, cannot be sold, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sponsor reserves the right (at its sole and absolute discretion) to substitute any Prize for another prize of equal or greater value in the event the Prize is unavailable or for any other reason whatsoever.

PRIZE WINNERS SELECTION:

The draw will take place Monday June 11, 2018, 10:00 AM EDT in Toronto, Ontario. The odds of winning "The Prize" will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received prior to the draw. There will be only one (1) winner. The draw will be by electronic random number generation whereby one winner will be selected from among the possible number range. Sponsor will continue to randomly select a number in this fashion until a winner has been selected.

NOTIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION OF PRIZE WINNERS:

Potential Prize winners will be contacted within 3 business days of the draw. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not accept the applicable Prize or fails to comply with these Official Rules and requirements within three (3) days of being contacted by the Sponsor or its representative (all as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion), such potential winner will be disqualified and will forfeit all rights to the applicable Prize. Upon such forfeiture, no compensation will be given to such disqualified potential winner and Sponsor will have sole discretion to randomly select another winner from the remaining applicable entries for the applicable Prize (and, in such event, the notification and confirmation provisions stated in these Official Rules will apply to such new potential winner, with the necessary amendments).

Before being declared a Prize winner, each potential winner will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without aid or assistance. General Liability and Publicity Release pursuant to which the potential winner, among other things, accepts the Prize as awarded and fully releases the Contest Parties and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from all liability in connection with this Contest and the awarding and use or misuse of the Prize. Failure by a potential winner to sign such requested documents or failure by the winner to comply with any terms in these Official Rules (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) may disqualify such potential winner and, if disqualified, such winner will forfeit all rights to the Prize. If a potential winner fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, such potential winner will be deemed ineligible and will forfeit all rights to the Prize. In the event of any such forfeiture, Sponsor will have sole discretion to randomly select another winner the remaining applicable entries (and, in such event, the notification and confirmation provisions stated in these Official Rules will apply to such new potential winner, with the necessary amendments).

By accepting a Seasons Pass Package Prize, each winner fully releases the Released Parties from all liability in connection with this Contest and the awarding and use or misuse of the Prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Without limiting the generality of any other provision of these Official Rules, by entering the Contest, each participant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, participation in this Contest, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of a Prize (if applicable) or participation in any Contest-related activity and/or claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which are final. By entering this Contest, and accepting a prize, entrants agree that Sponsor can use their name, voice, town, city, province/territory/state of residence, and/or photograph in any publicity or advertisement carried out by Sponsor, without further remuneration or notice, except where prohibited by law.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, third party apps, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, which may occur in the distribution of prizes in this Contest. The Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due Contest related documents or prize notifications.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest in accordance with the letter and spirit of these Official Rules. Additionally, Sponsor reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to withdraw, amend or suspend this Contest (or to amend these Official Rules) in any way, in the event of an error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Official Rules. Sponsor, at its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend this Contest, or to amend these Official Rules, without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error or any kind, or for any other reason. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law. Subject to all applicable Canadian federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations, these Official Rules govern all aspects of the Contest and are binding on all participants.

If due to an error, there are more claims for prizes than prizes stated in these rules; Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes through a random drawing of eligible prize claims. No more than the stated number of prizes shall be awarded.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this English version of these Official Rules or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials (including without limitation any advertising or promotional materials) the terms and conditions of the English version of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

This contest will be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the country of Canada. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Province of Ontario for any disputes arising out of this Contest.

PRIVACY:

By entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted with his/her entry for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with Castle Honda's privacy policy. This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.

The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Inc. ("Facebook"), or Twitter, Inc. ("Twitter"). You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to such sites. Facebook and Twitter are completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor and not to Facebook or Twitter.
